Panthenol moisturizes, strengthens, and softens the hair, providing a “conditioning” effect. It effectively removes makeup and impurities from the skin. It prolongs the longevity of hair color. It has a neutral pH. The product has a warm scent reminiscent of spring sunshine, honey, and caramel.

Directions: Apply the shampoo to damp eyebrows. Gently massage them in circular motions for 30 seconds. Then wipe the eyebrow area with a cotton pad moistened with water. Dry your eyebrows and continue the procedure.
