HAIR REMOVAL | WAXING

Epilation is a cosmetic procedure aimed at ridding areas of the body of unwanted hair. This procedure is performed using different waxes: for example, sugar paste or soft wax (using a wax heater); film wax, or wax cartridges (using a wax cartridge heater). It is used by both women and men. Here, warm or hot wax is used, which is applied to the skin with a wooden spatula. When the wax hardens, it is removed with the help of depilatory paper. This procedure is effective because the hair is pulled from the roots, but can be painful and cause redness or irritation of the skin. To avoid irritation, lotion, talc or oil should be used before waxing. Oil or lotion should also be used after waxing. To avoid ingrown hairs, we recommend using an anti-hair ingrowth paste or lotion.
